Each email is built from our proven structure, but the sections that matter are fully personalized to you.

That includes:

We create your first email template that is customized to your tone and brand so it stays consistent every month.

What is not customized is the general real estate tips and education section.

Can I add additional sections to my newsletter?

To keep the process smooth and consistent, we include only the sections listed above. If you'd like to add extra sections (like market stats, multiple listings, lifestyle features, etc.), that would be considered an upgraded service and we can quote it separately. Please email us directly to inquire about a custom quote.

Will it still sound like me if you're writing it?

Yes — you provide a few simple details during onboarding (and monthly if needed), and we use that to match how you naturally communicate. Agents often tell us their clients think they wrote the emails themselves.

How will you customize my newsletter with my personalized information every month?

At the end of each month, we will email you a short form to fill out with:

- What’s new with you

- Your featured listing link

- Local events or ideas

- Any resources you want linked

The rest is done for you.

Do I have to do anything tech-related?

We take care of everything on the technical side, including setup, domain authentication, CRM upload, template formatting, and deliverability.

Your part is simple — just complete the onboarding form.

Once that’s done, you’ll schedule a call with our team. During that call, we’ll walk you through the remaining setup live and handle any final technical steps.

We do ask that you join the call in person, as we may need your real-time approval for login access or account verification.

Do you build the emails in my existing email system?

No — all emails are created and managed inside our platform, which includes your own built-in CRM for tracking and delivery purposes.
This ensures proper formatting, branding consistency, and reliable deliverability.

What if I don’t already have any lead magnets or guides to link inside my emails?

No worries — if you don’t currently have lead magnets or resources to include, we can help you create them as an add-on service.
Many agents start without any, and we build them as part of their growth strategy once their email marketing is running consistently.
